We drove 200+ miles to purchase our vehicle and would do it again. I can't express enough, what a wonderful car buying experience it was at Fowler VW of Norman. I truly believe that they set the standard for what Volkswagen should expect of their dealerships to be like in all categories from sale to financing to the service department. I had the opportunity to purchase my vichicle from our local dealership, which was less than enjoyable experience. My wife communicated to William Avila what we looking for and he took Great care of us. I would like to also acknowledge that Chris Branda was also great to work with, he made our purchase possible.

My experience at this Fowler VW can be described as professional, personalized, friendly, and fair! William Avila was very knowledgable and could give me answers to all the questions I had about both the vehicles he was selling and the comparesion to other information. They made things quick clean and simple so i wasnt stuck sitting att eh dealiship all day. The dealership as a whole made things smooth and very personal.

We arrived to upgrade from our 2000 VW Jetta, but hadn't decided yet on new or used. Last time we bought a Jetta, we had to go to Texas because we were unhappy with the customer service at the VW dealerships here in Oklahoma (all two of them!). We decided to try Fowler since they were not around the last time we bought a VW. Our salesperson, William Avila was very knowledgeable about the VW brand. He knew all about our old Jetta as well as all the new ones we were looking at. He was happy to let us drive whichever car we wanted and I felt the buying experience was a good one. William Avila was friendly and the the process to reach an agreeable price wasn't dreadful. William Avila made sure we knew about all the features in our car and went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready for us. We had to wait about 30 min to get into the finance office, but once in, it took less than half an hour to do all the paperwork (which made me VERY happy!). Then we drove off in our new 2011 Jetta bought here in Oklahoma! Thanks Fowler.

Working with William Avila was great. He was in touch with me before I came in, so the car was ready for me to test drive. He had people standing by to sort out my trade-in and get me in and out quickly. I walked in at 10, and was driving away in my new car by noon. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
