I called Robert Lackney and scheduled maintenance service to replace two rear bulbs during the lunch hour, Rob said no problem he even told me that if a service technician were not available when I arrived he would replace the bulbs for me. I came in at 12:10 p.m. and was leaving the shop before 12;30 p.m. I was very pleased with the service and the time it took to complete the service. I will recomment Fowler VW to all my friends and family. I feel that all of your associates are pleasant and professional.
